He has over 15 years of working experience in Quality Assurance, Systems, Reliability & Engineering and has implemented various improvement projects and reductions in COPQ. He has also been involved in other various industries namely Education, Training, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, and more.

  • Masters (P.M) from IOU

  • Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA) from SPU.

  • Dip. Accounting, CPM

  • Diploma in Accountancy from University Malaya.

  • Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015 - Care Certification Limited

  • Certified Lead Auditor ISO 14001:2015 - Care Certification Limited

  • Association Certified Professional Manager CPM holder qualified under UK Board.

  • QMS Lead Auditor

  • Completed TTT training from Human Resource Development Fund as a Master trainer from EIU, Paris.

  • Qualified Lead Auditor for ISO/9001:2015 and has carried out extensive Consultancy Work and Second Party Audit in the fields of ISO 9001/2 QMS, ISO/TS 16949, QS9000, TL 9000, ISO 45001 OHSAS and ISO 14001 EMS Application and Certification Projects, TQM Programs, SPC, DOE, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, Control Plan, Quality Control Circle, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance for many Multinationals in Malaysia, Singapore, and the USA.

Sanjay began his training career began in 2008 as a freelance trainer. He has researched, designed and facilitated training programs in the areas of personal development, customer service, personality profiles and motivation. As an IT & marketing professional with over 12 years of experience working in a music company and 2 major multi-national corporations, he conducts training extensively within Malaysia.

 

His core training program is “How to eliminate negativity and improve your KPI using Law of Attraction?”
