He has over 15 years of working experience in Quality Assurance, Systems, Reliability & Engineering and has implemented various improvement projects and reduction in COPQ. He has also been involved in other various industries namely Education, Training, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, and more. With more than 7 years in the leadership business training field, he has successfully developed more than 72 leaders to lead a team of 1000 employees.

He has vast skills in network marketing, entrepreneurial skills with people development, and management skills thus indirectly driving gains such as revenue and sales-oriented performances which have contributed to generating sales worth RM9.6 million within the span of 1 year.

With invaluable experience such as; handling project management for the organisation towards continual improvements, responsible for delivering the coordination of new products, technologies into mass manufacture and manage ongoing production to meet customer requirements. He also provides consultancy and auditing services. In reference to that, he supports customers in performing gap analysis in determining Operational Management Systems & Compliance.
